Refund policy

Eligibility

Refund requests must come from the payer named on the invoice or an authorized firm administrator. This site does not process payments; refunds apply to amounts already paid via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

Timeframe

Full refund requests for live cohorts must arrive at least 14 calendar days before the published start date. Requests between 13 and 7 days may receive a partial refund of 50%. Inside 7 days, fees are generally non-refundable except as noted under Exceptions.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Full refunds apply when Autoservapp cancels a cohort or when you cancel outside the windows above with written notice. Partial refunds may apply for mid-membership pauses when unused live clinic seats remain and no private firm materials were delivered.

Non-refundable items

Custom Firm Gallery case skins, completed private studio days, and digital template packs already downloaded are non-refundable. Third-party venue or travel costs are never refunded by Autoservapp.

Refund process

Email info@autoservapp.digital with invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and may request identity verification.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Currency conversion differences on international transfers are borne by the payer’s bank.

Cancellation by Autoservapp

If we cancel or materially reschedule a program, you may transfer to another cohort or receive a full refund of fees paid for that program.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service may qualify for credit or refund outside standard windows at our discretion. Consumer protections under Korean law remain unaffected where they apply.
